The signed swap sits inside the link. No server stores it, and only the wallet you named can complete it.

The buyer signs the other half
Their wallet checks the offer, adds its signature and sends it. Coins and SOL swap in the same block, or nothing happens.
Nobody holds your money
No escrow, no pool, no house wallet. Funds go from your wallet to theirs and never sit anywhere in between.
Only your buyer
The offer is locked to one wallet address. If the link leaks, nobody else can use it.
Cancel any time
Closing your offer account kills the link for good, even if the buyer still has it.
